- Unbox and roll out mattress on a clean, flat surface, ideally on your mattress foundation.
- Gently cut open mattress wrapper and stay caution of the sudden springing and / or inflating of the mattress
- Allow the mattress to expand for 24–72 hours before use. Expansion may take longer in colder environments.

- Use mattress foundation that provides adequate support to your mattress, ensure the base is flat, stable, clean and designed to support weight
- Avoid slats that are too far apart (ideally not more than 3") to prevent mattress from sagging
- Rotate your mattress every 3 - 6 months to help even wear out and prevent body impression
- Use a mattress protector / encasement / mattress topper to protect mattress from spills, sweat or allergens which may cause bacterial buildup
- Spot clean with mild detergent and blow dry any damp area with blow dryer / hair dryer on low heat
- Avoid sitting on edges constantly to prevent sinking
- Occasionally air mattress by removing bedding for 3-5 hours
- Change your bedding regularly to maintain proper sleep hygiene
